PARTICIPANT PROTOCOL
Before the participants embark on a HAB program, they go through the norms and rules they need to adhere while on the program. These norms are around personal space, safety, substance abuse, hygiene etc.

TRAVEL PROTOCOL
Its starts with HAB sharing the overall travel plan with you. It comprises of quality checklists on the mode of travel, travel route mapping, an adequate child to instructor ratio during travel, en-route meals, medical assistance during travel etc. The expectations are shared and we request adherence to the plan from you for safety reasons.

ACCOMMODATION PROTOCOL
HAB programs are mostly run at tented campuses, except for some of the overseas and special location programs. Clean and safe tented accommodation is provided, with separate designated areas for girls & boys. The campus rules are shared upfront with the participants expecting complete adherence.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Apart from mapping the medical facilities while on travel for any emergencies, our protocol requires an on-campus doctor who remains a part of the program for it’s entire duration. Local emergency facilities are also given a heads-up while a program is underway.

INSTRUCTOR PROTOCOL
HAB requires each instructor to go through a rigorous screening process before they are shortlisted. The course leaders are certified specialists in their respective fields, with an average experience of 8-10 years of working with young adults.

EQUIPMENT PROTOCOL
All equipment used in the programs is certified as per international safety standards and is periodically tested for safety. HAB instructors do a pre-program inspection on the equipment.

FOOD PROTOCOL
The children share their food preferences at the registration stage. Wholesome and nutritious food is provided as per a pre-planned menu. Special food requirements are taken care of. Food is cooked in hygienic conditions and each meal is checked for quality before being served.
